Keynote Speaking

Area of expertise: Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs in children and young people.

Key features of a keynote focussing on the PIPER Model would include theory, research and practice leading to the development of the Model. Practical applications of the Model using Profiling and Provision Mapping around Risk and Resilience using a relational, holistic and evidence-based 3-step approach to assist teacher practitioners in supporting pupils in schools with SEMH needs; parents and carers at home to support their children with SEMH needs and how the two can work together effectively.

Fee: £1,500

Presentation and Workshops

This includes a Presentation on Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs in children and young people - “From Practice-Based Evidence To Evidence-Based Practice”; followed by a “tailored” workshop on the 3-step PIPER Model, as an exemplar of research-informed practice for use in your own school setting, to support pupils with SEMH needs effectively and to assist their families / carers who also need to support them at home.
